1993 Honda Civic Hatchback Si A/C question

ok i have a 93 si hatch. i just recharged the r12 freon. the guy who recharged it had to check for leaks before letting me leave the premisis. anyways, there was no leaks and he said its all good. but why is it that it doesnt cool my whole car? my girlfriend's moms 92 sentra's ac cools the whole car and it gets to the point where it gets too cold and we need to turn it off.

is there any reason why this isnt happening for me? i mean the air that is blowing is extremely cold, but it does not cool the whole car.

any tips/advice/is appreciated.
