I am supposed to go look at it tonight, it seems awful cheap

they are only worth what someone else will pay. i see them go a lot cheaper than 400 around here, especially when the seller gets sick of waiting for someone to pony up 850 for them.
 
Not a bad idea here in FL, they can be driven legally and when gas hit $5/gal it will be a nice way to save $$
