yep already have been there... and I don't want to post there and make the guy look bad by asking this


It seems okay; but Ir eally dunno. Bike prices don't seem to vary much year by year.. and I estimate about $200 worth of parts (I can do the labor myself)

HAHAHA. i was looking at this exact same bike but now all the freaking hot deals around have forced me to pass on buying a motorcycle (plus the msf free courses are booked solid till the end of the year).

maybe you could ask him to get an estimate? call repair shops in your area and try to get your own estimate of labor/parts. if he goes even lower than 750, i couldn't imagine it would be a bad purchase. plus, once you're there you could have a mechanic check it out.
