I got the same thing as you 5 months ago, but:

Duo Core 1.83
1GB RAM
60GB 7200RPM HD
7800 GS 256MB
9CELL
Carrying Case

I got mine for $1235 back then with $750 - $1999 coupon

So I must say, you did good.

Average deal for Outlet. A lot hotter than their random advertised deals though.

don't forget to pay extra for their 3 year complete care warranty. basically a 'free' upgrade at the end of 3 years.

Yeah, i wish i couldv'e gotten a 9-cell... but you can't change that on the outlet systems without paying for the whole price of the 9 cell.

i think i'll pick one up on ebay and sell the 6-cell to make some of the money back.

I got an E1505 for $805 out the door.

Its core duo though, not core2.

Code duo 1.83ghz
512MB DDR533
Intel GMA950
Truelife+ screen
60GB 7200rpm HD
DVD-RW
Card Reader

$750 off $1500
Free Shipping
Free 9 Cell battery upgrade

Pennsylvania Tax (6%, fvcking kiosk).

Edit: I have a seperate gaming rig, hence the lack of the video card. Your battery life is going to be terrible... just fair warning. It looks like you got a great deal.

I can add another 512MB of memory for $50 from newegg, but i havent seen the need.

Great deal! Super hot if you were in the market, but not quite to the point where it's so hot I'd buy one even though I don't need a new laptop. ;)

Im honestly not sure on the exact figure, i know going from GMA950 to X1400 cuts the life nearly in half, and a GS draws significantly more than the X1400.

On the E1505 with a 9 cell i get about 6 hours on a full charge.

Anand recently did a review comparing battery life on dells, but i believe they used 6 cell batteries for the tests.

Its short though, less than 90 mins on battery if youre gaming.

Oh, that's not too bad actually... I was actually very very tempted to go Mac... I'm still considering ebaying this and using the extra money i'd make to hlep pay for a mac
