196.21 drivers dont work with riva tuner, however they work with EVGA Precision 1.9.1

As I said riva tuner works but overclocking doesn't work. But the latest EVGA Precision 1.9.1 allows to overclock on 196.21

Ive relied on Riva Tuner but now I have no choice with the 196.21 drivers as you can't OC them with riva tuner.

Turns out the brand new EVGA Precision 1.9.1 allows you to overclock and works with it. You can grab precision from www.guru3d.com or your local source.. gl

I'm sure I'll get flamed for posting a Carlie link, but for whatever it's worth OP, according to this link the MSI overclocking software still works. You may want to give it a try.

I went ahead and flashed the BIOS to both of my 2GB GTX 285s with the overclocking speeds / fan settings I use.
