1950pro 512mb vs x1900xt

is it worth the additional 80-100 bucks for the x1900xt??? You can get the x1950pro 512mb for under $200. Or would i be better off getting a 7900gto or something else?? i dont want to spend over 250.
 
Not sure, looks like the x1950xt has just become available... sorry if I made your decision that much more confusing 🙂
