Beware of the Ditech (GMAC) loans. They have an early payoff penalty that can be an issue when you refinance - and you will refinance through the life of the loans.
 
i have one in the UK from gmac there are fast and efficient compared to some others, the rate is fine lower than most and only penalty is for getting out within the first 2 years which suits me fine
