I can't seem to find a 1920x1200 monitor from a reputable brand (Samsung, DELL, ASUS, etc) on Newegg.

so does anyone know where I can get one?

yikes, i didn't realize that 1920x1200 were so much more expensive than 1080p monitors..i'll just stick with 1080p.

thanks though mnewsham..

I own 2 Hanns-G monitors, and I wouldn't recommend them.

Both monitors are the same model, and one came with panel damage, so on an all white screen, you can see some slight brown discoloration in a couple spots. And on the other one, I've got a few stuck/dead pixels. Plus, the power buttons on both of them broke off within a few months of owning them. I could have RMA'd them, but it would have cost me about $80 per monitor, and for the price I paid, just wasn't worth it.

I got them during a sale on Newegg while they were $209 apiece, and you certainly get what you pay for. I'm thinking of selling them for like, $250 for the pair, just so I can get out of them and put that money towards 2 monitors of higher quality.

EIZO Flexscan are ridiculously good monitors.
My SX2761W has performed flawlessly for 2 years.

Ah, everytime someone does that it makes it easier for makers to stop making 19x12 monitors and just cheap out with the 19x10 ones. It's getting harder and harder to find good 19x12 monitors as it is. :'(

I like the 24" 19x12 Samsung in my signature, but if I had to do it again I would go with the 1080s purely for cost. You can practically get 2 for the cost of one 1200.
