1920x1200 MMO/RTS Surfer

Basically....
Suggestions for mobo+cpu+gpu for around 600$
Have not had the time or desire to research all the costerformance ratios

1920x1200 on a 27" monitor

I have monitor, sata raptor drive, a case+psu, and 4 gigs 2Rx4 PC2-5300 ECC memory

I do not want another space heater like my old business workstation
I do not want a loud/big machine

Mainly for surfing
Periodically for MMO gaming at high quality and I plan to play starcraft2 a ton.
I dont really hardcore FPS

If the PSU i have doesnt work will buy one
If the memory not good anymore will buy more

Do you plan on keeping it for 1 and 1/2 to 2 years? If so, I'd recommend a quad core (they're cheap enough these days anyway). If you love to upgrade, grab a dual core and save some cash.

Don't try reuse that old slow server memory. It frankly won't work on many (non-server) motherboards and even if it does - it will slow down your whole system.

mushkin 2x2GB DDR3-1600 $70
EVGA GTX 260/216 $195 - $25MIR
Corsair 650TX $90 - $10MIR

Plenty of power, easy overclocking, great value for the money. I included a new PSU in there - tell us what model you have now to see if you should reuse or replace (probably replace - if it's more than 2-3 years old it has served its life and should be retired).
