1920x1080 vs 1920x1200

Im thinking about gettign a 22'' or 24'' monitor, and cant decide between the 2, if I get a 24" should i stay with 1080 or 1200? I know the pixels will be spaced farther apart, but will I notice a huge difference in performance in gaming with a 5850? and will the quality be a big difference? also recommendations on brands please. thanks.
 
I'm gaming with a 4850. I haven't found a game that takes my card to it's knees yet really, and you shouldn't either. Get the bigger screen with the more pixels...no brainer IMO.
 
Yeah, I'd go full 19*12. 5850 handles it very well. We've moved past the point where that res is difficult for top tier video cards.
