1905fp "analog only"

Are they just saying it lacks a DVI input? Dell is selling this model for 90$ less than the standard model. I am trying to figure out if it is worth it to purchase this model or not. Will there be a big difference between analog input and DVI on this monitor?

Thanks

DVI FTW.

I guess if you've never used DVI you wont know what you're missing.

I, however, highly recommend DVI.

Strange. I have a 1905FP (about a year old) and am using the DVI port right now.

Do you have a link to this "analog only" model?

I will say this much, my mom is using her 1905 through Analog and it looks very very good. Oddly enough she is running a Geforce2 and I am running a 9700Pro using the DVI, but hers doesn't really look that much different.

I know that there are some with DVI obviously thats the model I wanted to contrast it to. Here is the link to the analog only model.

They claim 8ms response time, Anandtech's review said it was fine for gaming but also mentioned blur on fast colorful projectiles in UT2k4. I am wondering if there is a model around the 300 - 350$ range that has good response times including the "transient" response times that Anandtech reviews tend to talk about.
