Hey guys i need a little advice, ive got money for about 220 dollar monitor... what is the best out for a 19" for that much? THanks in advance

You can definitely get the Samsung 955DF for that price and it's a very good monitor, but if you can find a NEC/Mitsubishi FE990 for $220 that's the one I'd get. The lowest price I see on Pricewatch for the FE990BK is $231 shipped and if you can spend just a little more you'd be getting an excellent monitor. Good luck!

Edit: There are a few customer reviews of the FE990BK at Newegg here: FE990BK

look for a sony trinitron, samsung dynaflat, or nec/misubishi diamotron (i forget exact name)?.. And Philips has a comparable one as well. But those are the tubes to look for, and prices are well within your budget these days.

Edit: These are the names of the tubes inside the monitor, not the actual monitors
