Mo0o, he could legally drink since he was 18...his profile says he lives in Quebec. In the rest of Canada the drinking age is 19. I turned 19 about 2 weeks before coming to college...what awesome timing.

You can come to Alaska and buy cigarettes! The legal age for tobacco is 19 in Alaska. Of course they cost like $5.00 a pack or something awful (for smokers, not for me). Alaska has either the highest or second highest states taxes on smokes.
