I've seen 19" Sylvania monitors at CostCo B&M's a few months ago unfortunately I can't remember the price, the 17" was $169 after $30 rebate.

These are manufactured by Princeton, right? Is that a good or bad thing?

Word of advice, Sylvania monitors suck! I bought a 17" from costco for $200 and it was cheap. .27 pitch was terrible. Sold it fast. Image and color problems. Do your eyes a favor and buy something worth keeping...like Samsung's Dynaflat 17" ($180) or 19" ($250). I have the 19" 955DF and it's the best monitor dollar for dollar! I've yet to see something better so let me know if there is.
