19" monitors: Sony vs Samsung

I'm torn.

Do i go with the Samsung 900NF or the Sony G420S? Or am i missing some other excellent 19"?

This is for my gaming rig... and the horizontal lines on the Sony don't bother me.

When in the comparable price range, both brands are great (so don't compare a budget samsung to a mid - hi range sony, obvious mistake but frequently done)... As is usual in monitors tho, first hand impressions are key for a good buying decision! Go to a local electronics store that stocks the monitors you like and look at them first hand and then decide.

Have not had a single problem with any of the Sony displays we've purchased (10) in the past year.

I'm actually now contemplating the Mitsubishi 2070sb. Dell has got them for $613 shipped. A 22" monitor would be sweet... grrr... decisions, decisions. :/
