19" monitor settings

I'm sure this is a matter of taste but what res. do you guys run your 19" monitors at? I have a SyncMaster 900NF. I'm currently running at 1280 x 1040. Just curious.

1280 X 960 @ 32bit on a Mitsu DiamondPlus 91. 1280 X 1024 seems to vertically squished to me. I like keeping the ratio of 1024 X 768.

Id like to run 1600x1200 but I would have chosen a GeForce DDR, he he.

I have it running at 1280x1024 @ 85Hz The contrast is good (in my opinion) and the text is fairly crisp (in my opinion).
