19" monitor owners, what resolution do you game at?

actually 18" viewable CRTs. i have trouble seeing things setting it to 1600x1200, so i leave it at 1024x768

1024x768 most of the time for me. I use AA if the jaggies get to me. My 9700np is getting a little weak on some of the latest FPS games anyway, so I have to keep the res moderate.

have both on 19" LCD 12x10 and on 19" trinitron 10x7.

dislike small stuff cause I sit about 4 ft away which is why I disliked the dell native 16x12 way too small

Also the 17" lCD's with 12x10 are too small which is why native 12x10 on 19 an 18" is preferred IMO.

Typically 1152x864, I find it looks significantly better than 1024x768 and nearly as good as 1280x960 while allowing decent levels of AA and AF on my aging 9700pro. But that's just me, YMMV.

usually 1280x960 or 1280x1024 whatever is most compatible. Some games dont like one or the other resolution. Sometimes I will go in 1024x768 but some games look terrible in that res while other dont. All depends on the game.

i dont do 1600x1200 cuz my refresh is at 75hz, and it hurts my eyes.
