19" Mag Monitor for $199

I went to the Best Buy store in Sacramento, Calif this afternoon and saw a 19" Magview monitor for $199 (Model: VM900E). This wasn't advertised in their insert this Sunday. you might want to check it out.

I believe this is an unadvertised store special. Their toll free number is 1-888-237-8289 if you are intersted to see if they will match the B&M price. Bestbuy website is offering free shipping right now.

Mag? Don't confuse this with Mag Innovision which has higher quality stuff. The Magview brand is just another name that EMC/Proview goes under. Basically, it's the cheapest crap you can get. Good price, anyways.

I'm fairly positive that MAGView is the same company is MAG since the boxes use THE EXACT SAME LOGO. Since MAG undoubtedly has a trademark on that logo, I'd say it's the same company.

I saw the 15" and 17" MAGView monitors at Best Buy a few minutes ago, and they looked fairly nice. I had expected crap, and they didn't look like it at all -- very sharp. They didn't have the 19" on display, however, though I saw a dozen or stacked on top.

I just came back from BB. I looked at a boxed Magview and it does indeed say Magview/Proview. The price tag also says EMC. This is not a Mag Innovision monitor which is a higher quality monitor. This is only a hot deal if you are going from a 15" and don't have the money to spend on a quality monitor. It is only worth $199
