I, purchased this monitor last week and i'm very happy with the results, but Samsung may be better due to the fact of its reputation of good efficient lines of montiors. But i am not entirley accurate of which monitor is better....!

I got mine a few months back when Best Buy was selling it for $129 with no rebate (might have been a pricing mistake). Can't beat it for the price but any settings above 1152x864 makes the text and some areas of the screen less than clear on mine. Otherwise quite happy.

MAG? Didn't they went out of business a while ago?

I like their monitors, had a 17" a while back. Most of their monitors uses sony trinitron tubes. Don't know about this one, but not a bad deal any way.

Anyone more info on this? Did anyone else buy it? This seems to be the only monitor deal under $150 that's flat screened.
Too bad we can't PM staples and use coupons. I wonder if BB has coupons... humm.

This is a flat square tube, not flat screen. There will be some curviture (correct me if I'm wrong).

I bought a Mag 19" dx890f Pure flat screen monitor about a year ago for $300 from Best buy and I love it. Text is sharp and refresh rates are good. It has great color considering that it is a shadow mask monitor. =)

Well to my knowledge, Rebates aren't available online..... I bought mine in the store, not online sooooo i don'tknow if they offer rebates online.

I also searched for rebates for this monitor, but no success...! sorry

I bought this monitor three weeks ago for 199.99 with 50 mir and free shipping. This monitor works great. I have no complaints except maybe that the power cord is a little short. Other than that its a great buy.
