Response time is not a crucial issue here (maybe 20ms. black-to-black or less), I'll use my 17" 12ms. for any and all gaming. I want the highest-quality MVA/PVA-panel 19" monitor out there for <$350. I'd also prefer a DVI connection. Any ideas? This will be for watching videos/high-def TV. I chose 19" because 17" LCDs with MVA panels are non-existent as far as I know, and the bigger the panel, the lower the response time. How do the Samsung 915N/930B compare to Viewsonic or Hyundai's latest offerings?
 
From what I've heard the Dell 1905FP LCD is a very nice looking LCD in your price range. Response time is not the best (20 ms) you can get but colors are nice, and it has an 800:1 contrast ratio.
 
I can't seem to find any specs on the Dell 1905FP though with a brief search. Is that an IPS or PVA panel? Any other recommendations?
