19" LCD with scaling options?

Hi, does anyone know if there exists a 19" LCD with scaling options? For example, the Dell 2405FPW widescreen LCD has scaling options of 1:1, Fill and Aspect that you can select on the LCD's menus. I'm particularly looking for the 1:1 option on a 19" gaming LCD.

I also know that the Nvidia video card control panel has options to do similar things, but ATI doesn't AFAIK (or at least, what ATI has in place doesn't really work properly as far as I can tell).

Anyone know? I've scoured forums like mad to find if there's a 19" with these capabilities, but so far it seems to be only available for widescreen and some 20" LCDs...
