19" lcd for 229 AR

Am I missing something or is there a $90 and a $100 rebate on this monitor? I have not opened the rebate forms but they are both listed on ecost's website.

Both require the original UPC and the original reciept, so there's no way to get them both.
 
the rebates ask for original upc codes...so unless you go to a store & cut one out...i doubt you are gonna get both to work...tempting though for a 19"

Anyone know anything about Gem?

We bought two 18" GEMs for work a couple years ago. Both literally have dead pixels (100-200), smeared in an upside-down L shape from the middle left screen to the middle top.

Sorry but I wouldn't buy a GEM for 100.00 out the door.
