19" LCD around $300?

My friend's 5 year old 19" LCD monitor just break down today, and he surely wants a new one, but he only has a $300 budget. I know the 1905fp does go under $300 when there are coupons, but I can't seem to find them right now? Should he wait a while for the 1905fp, or just grab some other $300 19" LCD monitor?

BTW, he is able to use his computer now with my old 17" CRT.
 
The coupons were just up about 2-3 weeks ago but i din't have money. But if he realy needs a monitor you can get a 1905fp on eBay for about $350
