Does anyone have a recommendation for a good 19" LCD for gaming with DVI outputs? I assume I'm looking for good refresh rates as well, but i'm having trouble finding good reviews and resources about this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

I don't think you're going to find a really nice 19" LCD for gaming for at least a few more months. From what I've read, if you're looking for some sub-20ms pixel response time, you'll need to get a 17" LCD. The only one that I know of that is on the market right now is the Hitachi CML174 (17"), which has a 16ms response time (roughly equivalent to 60 FPS).

19" LCD don't have the response time yet, I went with the Hitachi 17" CML 175SXWB and paired it with a 9800 Pro and it's awesome. 16ms response time . I only lost 1" replacing my 19" Hitachi superscan because 17" LCD's are true measurements not like the 18" on CRT
Here are 2 19" LCD's to look at Here, also check out the 17" LCD's Here

I own the Dell 1900FP which is a rebadged Samsung and it is just fine for games. I'm not even using the DVI connection because I haven't felt the need to cough up the dough for a new vid card yet.

Of course, I don't play a TON of FPS currently...but I have tried CS out, and it looks fantastic. 😀

I`m using a Samsung 191T and Sapphire 9700NP for gaming,it`s pretty good when you consider all 19" have around 25ms response time at the moment.I don`t notice any ghosting, however if you want the best then one of the 17" LCDs models with 16ms response time is your best option even then other factors play an important role like gray to gray response time etc,in the end your eyes are the best source for the final conclusion.
