19 in Monitor advice

Looking for a 19 in monitor for my new rig. Dont do much gaming, rather web surfing and watching DVD's. I will take any advice on a decent monitor - not looking for top of the line, but also not one that is going to strain my eyes, or blury. I think I have narrowed it down to a few -

Viewsonic VP930B
BenQ FP93GX
Samsung 940Be
Samsung 940t

Am I missing any model I should be looking at?

I'm using a 940Be @ work. It's a great monitor. The color is sharp and beautiful. It's also fast respons (8?ms) so, if you ever want to game, it'll shine in it.
