I think the 1600x is the best value here; you need to get your own cooler but suitable ones can be found for under $20 and good ones under $30. I think they need to lower the price on the 1600 ($215), as there's only a $5 difference btwn the 1600 and 1600x ($220), and the 1600x has far better boost (and xfr) clocks than the 65w variant.
