finally got some free time to OC my 1700+

got to 220*10 = 2200 MHz on 1.6V (actually 1.57)

pc3200 XMS
Nf7-s
0310 XPMW DLT3C

temps are 33 degrees C for the CPU. 24 degrees C for case

0310's rock don't they? Shimmnin had an 0310 doing 2.4ghz for $62, too bad I didn't pick it up.:(

Oh, that's the sweet spot. I thought I did good when I got it to 2100Mhz day before yesterday (10.5x200). Now I have to go back and fiddle! :)

because not all of us have the sort of money to buy 200+ dollar processors (i.e. the new C 800 mhz fsb p4s)

:)

i know that people are getting like... 1.4 ghz overclocks with these new C chips... but...

700 to 1 ghz overclock with a 60 dollar processor aint too shabby

I've got a DLT3C 0310 XMPW that I'm going to OC tonight. I can't wait to see what I can hit. I'm hoping for around 2.4GHz at around a 220MHz FSB. WEEEEEE!!!!!!

BTW, the easiest way to test stability quickly (IMO) is to play BF 1942 on some of the big maps for about 1/2 hour. If you don't crash, you're fairly stable. That game is ridiculous.
