1700 bootmarks on a duron 650 o/c 950, Gladiac32, 128megs ram, HELP!

I dont know what to do, I changed from a Prophet2MX to a Gladiac32, and installed WindowsME, and now i have sucky game and benchmark preformance, I am using all the latest drivers.... I can't get more than 90fps, at any resolution in quake.... Any suggestions?

 
A bootmark is Maximum PC's name for the syntetic Norton System Info CPU test. The fastest systems in the world get 550 or so in it. What are you are talking about?
