1700+ 16 multiplier cpu bridge mod help

Hi, I just did the cpu bridge mod to my 1700+ and it is runing at 1614 mhz with 16 multiplier at 1.75v. The problem is that I can't go higher than 107 fsb. Even 107 is not every stable. Althought I can go to 147 fsb with my 2x 250mb 2700 ddr. Another thing is that I am getting a lower score in 3dmark2001se than when I had my 1700+ at 11x multi and 147 fsb, almost 400 points. Maybe it is because of the lower fsb? My question is that will I get a higher fsb if I up the voltage? or should I try other multiplier setting that gives me a high fsb? What else can I do? My cpu is idle at 40C and 46C when I play games. I am using a volcano 9 for cooling. Thanks

Specs: 1700+ @ 1614, 2 x 250 2700 ddr, ecs k7s5a motherboard, ati 8500le, volcano 9.
