"It's fast and curvy." I mean, come on.

Darwin at work. I mean, how do you not hear one of those things coming? They're not exactly quiet.

Well I think it's been established that he didn't have a very good head on his shoulders. Police determined he had dandruff because they found his Head & Shoulders on the ground. Maybe the ride just came so fast it blew his mind. He probably shouldn't have been standing there because he got decapitated by a roller coaster.

How does does the ride take to come around? If he were really trying to get his hat back, why didn't he just wait until the train passed through that section?

HE WASN'T TRYING TO GET HIS HAT BACK. HE WAS TRYING TO GET BACK INTO THE PARK.

illegal re-entry makes it better somehow?

Amazing how the story changes for the kid's jsutification.

Everytime someone puts forward a theory defending/justifing the actions, the laws of common sense or actions blow the theory wide open.

The kid woiuld have been safe even in the restricted areas if he had not tried to be a 100% idot by sticking his nose(head) where it did not belong - next to or inbetween the tracks.

And anyone that was with him is not going to admit what was going on, because had he succeeded, they would have tried it also.
