Hi guys, I've finished a small roundup of different 120mm fans, hope it helps weed out the weak from the strong and give you an idea what each fan is capable of.

Focus is on silence though, so no Delta screamers in this one:

There's a typo in the summary section for the Scythe fans, in the 21E presumably you're refering to the 21D.

Nice write up, still reading the undervolting section.

Finished: A Very nice write up.

I send mails to Panaflo and Delta back in December, never got a reply 🙁

.

the last page? no no I'm referring to the "E" version, which performs similar to the papst

Very good write-up. Next time if u wanna have some Panaflos and Deltas, buy some from a shop and send them a message saying that ur using it for testing.

Thanks for the effort as unappreciated as it my seem.

Akasa Amber(OEMed by Y.S.Tech) is readily avalible on the Continent, yet absent from this testing of fans.

When I think Belgian. Waffles come to mind and round pasty faces with rudy cheeks stuffed with over sweetened dough, masticating with Homer Simpson like delight.
Is this a fair picture. Well, no, I guess it's not but your judgement/understanding of Delta fans falls in the same class as the above observation about Belgians.

"Focus is on silence though, so no Delta screamers in this one" A statement of ignorance jmke.

If money is not tight and the rig is mine, Delta Triple Bladed fans are on a very short list for this penny pincher. All the low and medium speed fans will start/run at 3.5V in silence.

As you did note in your testing the type of noise is a factor. a high pitched 30dBA is more irritating to most over a deeper throb at 30dBA.
If a 3 bladed Delta at 30dBA sounds like a bi-plane over Flanders in 1917, a 7 bladed fan at 30dBA sounds like a Stuka diving on Spain in the mid 1930s. Atleast to my ears it does.

...Galvanized

That's the best fan review I've seen, particularly the obvious labor and time spent to rate performance at multiple voltage levels.

Great job!
