17 or 19" LCD

Hi, I'm in the market for a new LCD screen and it's going to be either a 17 or a 19 inch one, since both have prices that are very close together and both have the same max res (a 20" is sadly out of my range for now) now I was wondering which screen would suit me the best I've noticed that the 17" screens have a DP of 0.26 mm and the 19" have a DP of 0.29 mm, now I've looked up the specs of my current (15") screen and that one has a DP of 0.29 (is that right ? i had to go to the webarchive because the screen has been discontinued by hercules) so would my eyes be hurting if I got to a screen with 0.26 dp or would I be able to handle it ?

Thanks in advance.

I hear the Dell 2005 can be had for $450, dont know if thats to much for you.

Anyways, i'd aim for a 19 inch LCD with a quick response time.

Lower then 16.

most recent Dell is the 2001FP here for 589 euros ($736,25) so I dunno if that's also a very good choice... (it IS the cheapest 20" I've seen so far, most here are around 800 or 1000 euros ($1000-1250)) anyways, the problem I have with the quick-response LCD's is the damnd 18bit panels they are apparently all 18 bit, now LCD's already have not so brilliant color display, but 18 bit panels are a bit too collorless imho. anyways I'll probably go and check out some displays on stand in shops to see how much the 18 bit and low DPI bothers me.
