17" or 19" LCD for video / photo editing

Any suggestions?
Budget: Less than $400.

According to this Link, I am looking for a MVA panel LCD monitor, but I have not seen this spec mentioned by the mfgrs'.

Any other alternative to Viewsonic VP191B?

 
For video I think that PVA panels will also qualify as an option. What I gather is that PVAs are not that good at gaming only, with the rest of the tasks not presenting any problems.
