Nononono! No Pixie monitors. They are not reliable. We had almost a 100% RMA rate on some 15" Pixies we sold (at my computer shop). A friend of mine picked up a Pixie 19" at a B&M Staples and it lasted a week before smoke came out of it and it died.

i have had a 19" pixie for 6 months now with no probs at all.

Its not a trinitron mind you, but its a good monitor for the price

i used to work at compusa and i can vouch also that pixie's return rate ratio is abnormally high. we usually had them come back within a month period. even KDS had a lower return rate lol

Don't forget to check out Buy.com.

They have a Dell 17" for $165, use $30 off and get it down to $135 with free shipping. If you want to wait for a rebate, Ebates will knock a little more off.

I got one of these a while ago for 80 bucks after rebate and it works fine for my second sytem. I think the refresh rate max is like 60hz but it looks pretty good

if you are going to buy a pixie, don't buy it from insight, cause you'll have hell of a time returning it. i'm sure you'll have to return it in a few months after you get it
