Okay, I shouldn't of bought one, but I did. It was just too tempting. I hope it lives up to it's specs... 400:1 25ms refresh. I'm a little concerned about the (dithering) remark next to the 16.7 million colors. But I supposed that most LCD's do this.

547 - 50/500 coupon = $497 shipped - $40 MIR = $457

Yeah, I gave away my code earlier in this thread (ya get one, ivanov?) but I had a spare...:)

I'm regretting spending the money. Buyer's remorse. But I always wanted an LCD, and considering it was near the price I was looking at a 15" for last weekend... I bit.

Anyone else own one of these? Reviews are really sparse on the net. I don't game a whole lot, but watch a lot of movies/VCD's on the computer. I'm hoping it lives up to the specs...

Anyone know if the warranty covers dead pixels? Some manufacuters will refuse take returns if a there is a pixe or two.

Argh...I'll pass. No matter how I look at it, it still looks ugly to me regardless of the cheap price.

Cornea's web site I think it's a 3 dead pixel policy which is quite impressive. I've been looking at this monitor too. I'm debating whether or not to buy it though because the viewing angles are quite limited.

My Cornea arrived today... Looks beautiful with Windows XP and ClearType. I haven't had a lot of chance to put it through the paces, but I am impressed with it so far. The design is kind of basic, but so was my old monitor. Nice and light. And holy heck is this thing bright. I had to turn down the brightness because I thought it would hurt my eyes.

Refresh seems good. Web pages blur a tiny bit, but no more so really than a CRT. I haven't tried video or gaming yet (I just unpacked the thing) but Winamp visualizations don't blur...

Negatives: One dead pixel... I guess it happens, and it's not distracting. The pixel shows up as black on white...

I'm impressed, thanks for the deal!
