17 inch LCD monitor help. (MS problem)

I am comparing AOC LM700 and Samsung 171s. Both are 17inch.

AOC is cheaper but the only problem is it bears a 50ms tag while Samsung claims less than 25ms.

Does 50ms effects DVD play back or VCD play back?


My main use is for our kios system. Some time we will use it to play VCDs. thanks

50ms screens may experience "ghosting" during high speed action scenes or in intense gaming. I myself have a 50ms 15" LCD, and dont notice any such thing, but if you have a keen or very picky eye, then take the 25ms screen.
