17 Inch LCd flat panel monitor

Hi,

I am going to college and looking at 17 inch thin monitors. I was wondering what people would recommend or are using. I probably would like a monitor that performs nicely with games, movies, and graphics. I was looking at the Samsung 172N. Is that any good?

Thanks

The BenQ FP767T series comes in black or beige, and has the 16ms refresh time that you'll crave for gaming. Also very bright and sharp, and BenQ has an excellent policy on RMAs (within 48 hours, you get a new one)

Yeah, that should be good if its anything like the 172T. I'd imagine the T and N specify something rather small, but you might want to check on that. But yeah, g o with the 172* line.

172N maybe the analog only version of the 172T. If it is I wouldn't get it. Since 172T wasn't so good when using the vga connector.
