They aught to . . . unless you have old or cheap equipment, some older stuff can't read burned cds or the longer cds. Or, another problem might have been that the cd wasn't reflective enough (it varies from cd to cd) and so that particular stereo couldn't read it.
yes, OD CD's are the same as PNY CDs. They are both made by Digital Storage, Inc. from Taiwan according to CDRIdentifier. They work pretty good, especially for my DC games, hehe.
FYI, OD B&M have been putting their OD-brand cdr on sales for $14.99 practically every other week. I've bought 400 of the 12x ones (the current ones are 16x, so I'm not sure if there are any major differences), and haven't had any problems with with the 200 or so I've burned (at 4x though, still trying to decide whether to get the TDK 12x
This isn't worth starting a new thread over, considering it's about cd-rs. I went to office depot today and they had a 50-pack of Maxell 80min/700mb 12x cd-rs for $20. This is kind of good by itself, but they also throw in 2 packs of 12 cd jewel cases (OD Brand). The code for the cd cases is 9914, its also a coupon on the last page of their ads, I think. Anyways, it comes on a spindle with $15 worth of coupons for Office Depot. Total came to 21.71 with 24 jewel cases
hey...didn't anyone get in on the fuji (japan-ty) 50 pk cdrs at circuit city for 7.99 (that's after there rebate applied). TY manufacture is supposed to be the best. They had 30 pk tdk for free (after rebate) but sold out of them when i was there. I don't know if they were the good ones tho. But i think the fuji is a much better deal than some of the other specials this week...vroom
