16ms VS 25ms LCD monitor

Right now, I have a 25ms 17" Dell LCD. They have a 17" 16ms Dell LCD on their site for $250 (which I could probably sell mine for). Is it worth the hassle of selling mine to get the fast response time?
 
if you must buy now get 16ms
if you can wait get 12ms or 16ms at lower price points
i here this is one of the most important factors to gaming in an lcd and besides ghosting sucks
