Well, my A++ teacher (whom I doubt is even certified himself...) claims that 168-Pin RAM is far more popular than DDR 184-Pin RAM. He then goes on to say that it is far to expensive for "everyday use", and that Rambus is the only ones who make it. Naturally, I couldn't help myself. With the release of DDR3200 512MB sticks, for only $40 (Rosewill), he is full of crap. Honestly, I don't know of anyone who still uses 168 pin, maybe it's just where I live?
All I know, is he is using an outdated book (any book on computers gets outdated quickly...) and we are "learning" with 166MHz Pentiums and 16MB 72-Pin SIMM memory. Honestly, I despise that class. It's so stupid...
