162mhz CL2 ram, Sisoft misreport?

I find it hard to believe that my toshiba cl2 pc133 is actually running at 162 mhz w/ "turbo" timing, 4 way interleave, all performance options turned on, and 0 ns delay on. Could this be a misreport by sisoft?

Heh, I got a new motherboard a few weeks ago and after trying to overclock I booted once and it reported my ram speed at 230! I shut the darn thing off as soon as I saw it in fear for killing my ram or something.
