160W PicoPSU- enough to drive a Llano build?

I've had a spare Llano APU (A6-3650) fall into my lap, so I'm dusting off my old plans to build a gaming HTPC. Can a 160W PicoPSU reliably drive a 100W APU, SSD, TV tuner and DVD drive? Or should I look for a case which can fit an SFX power supply?

No that should be sufficient. Just add it up, the SSD, RAM and TV tuner are probably about 5 watts each.

Not to mention that the 100w APU will probably be drawing 10w most of the time.
