Well, is this drive available at a local staples? Is the compusa deal also available at a local staples? If so, then it would be local competition (You will find managers, however, that will say the only "competitiors" of Staples is OfficeMax and OfficeDepot ...). Then it shouldn't be a problem price matching as long as you bring in the price.

There would also be no shipping costs added.

Good luck

ok, yes this drive is at local staples, however, it would be pretty hard to do this deal. If so that is great, for me though the $219.99 you pay upfront is a pretty good deal, plus you will get another $70 later in rebates...time to drive...

CompUSA rebates usually take work to make them go through. I'm not sure if I'm up to dealing with them again. I was all ready to take the challenge until I realized that there was $20 in tax and $5 shipping. I'm still undecided, but if you guys can find a way to get staples to pricematch please let me know, I'll be all up for it :)
