1600Mhz Bus Athlon 64?

hi guys,
I was just curious, I checked on newegg.com for the Athlon 64 ( retailed at $449.00 gosh)
and it says "1600Mhz Bus."

do they mean FSB?
if so, it must have really beaten the P4 by a great margin.

they use the Hyper transport protocol for the cpu to system connect and don't really have a fsb as you would normally think because they have the integrated memory controller

but the HT bus is quad pumped (dual on some maybe) I think and operated at like 800mhz or something

most athlon64 articles on the net could tell you for sure
but it is fast
