skateboard - talk to the guy (click on him) who lives on the right of your house, in the grassy patch
drugs - talk to the guy (click again) near the pawn shop

you can't do sh!t with the drugs.
like seriously, there is nothing you can do with them. they just never programmed it in, just like the bus stop and the furniture store.

This game can get pretty heavy on statistics/economics... I actually took out my pen and pad to figure out my compound interest earnings
