Damn , NYC is 16 for permit and 18 for license, unless you do Driver's Ed and then you can get it at 17...

16 1/2 years ago when I turned 16 I lived in MO. You were, just like above, 15 to get your permit and 16 you can get your license. My 16th Birthday I was on the police headquarters door step getting mine 🙂


BTW when I was a kid and living where we did the police station is where you took your test at. We didnt have these fancy dmv places your kids have now a days 😛
