16 port KVM switch

I refurbish old computers for the company that I work for and we currently use a TK-1601R 16 port kvm.

The problem we're currently having is that once I get past 9-10 computers on the switch it locks up and I have to disconnect all the systems on the switch to get it to unlock. I'm looking for a good 16 port kvm switch that's hot swappable and isn't prone to locking up all the time or even one that if it locks up I can just reboot the switch instead of having to disconnect everything to get it to unlock. Also looking to spend less than ~$500 on a new one.

Thanks in advance.

How about this? Trendnet stackable 8-port KVM switch. I suppose the Hawking 8-port would work just as well. CDW et al. has that too. It isn't specifically listed as stackable but I haven't been able to come up with a reason it wouldn't be. But you'd end up with 15 instead of 16 confuser connections (perhaps that's the way it works with the other too.

I also see the D-Link 8-port stackable on Newegg. I think I'd prefer the direct switching of the TrendNet over the cycling switch of the D-Link.

I like the idea of stackable so in case one unit goes bad, you'll still have 8 ports to work with until you can get another one shipped in (don't have to pay overnight shipping - :( ).
