16 oz. cups = Full or somewhat full

So, if I have 16 oz plastic cups...is that 16 oz to the brim...or a more realistic 16 when 2/3 full or so?

LOL OK then, how about this...

do your "measuring one cup" trick, mark the water level, then cut the top of the cup away. Now instead of using two cups to measure one "cup", you can use two cups to measure 1, 2, or 3 cups!

That would take effort ;)

Actually its pretty easy to see where 1 cup falls on the cups bought. At that point there are ridges that start...so no cutting needed ;)
