I've never seen the movie. Which one should I watch first?

I read about the alternate ending on IMDB....maybe it's just the way it was written, but the alternate ending sounds like it sucked.

The theater version is definitely better.

I watched the theater ending.

That movie was good but would have been a lot better if I could understand half the dialogue.
