Wonder if people will stop purely blaming the devs for poor DX12 performance and realize the IHV's can optimize still? Providing their hardware is capable, of course.

Well NV thinks drivers matter for DX12, they will have Async Compute enabled in drivers soon...

Still getting the CF flickering in SWBF. And yes, mining still is a bit slower.

Honestly don't think mining is remotely a focus for AMD anymore. If they focus on mining performance then we will probably lose gaming quality/performance on the drivers.

Its not downloading, i have tried on two different systems, with both firefox and chrome.

I can download 16.3.2 but not 16.4.2
